After acquisition from former owner BT, Ark Estates secured the future of a popular local youth gymnastics club which had been a long term tenant of the building. Formalising the reduced rent arrangement the club enjoyed with BT, ahead of the new lease being signed Ark Estates carried out upgrades to the building, including the fitting of solar energy panels.
