With coronavirus restrictions continuing to ease, work is set to commence at our residential development of six flats in Dingwall. Joe Yates Court will comprise six one-bedroom flats over three floors, providing much needed affordable housing in the town.
After a delay due to the impacts of the coronavirus crisis, work is set to begin on our major city centre retail and residential development at 99 Church Street, Inverness. The development will see the vacant building converted into 10 extremely high quality affordable rental 1 bedroom flats as well as a purpose-built ground floor residential unit of traditional proportions and design more in-fitting with the historic Church Street streetscape.
Our residential and retail development on Mart Road, Dingwall, has reopened. The site had been shut since 23 March when the Government announced lockdown measures to help slow the spread of Covid-19 across the UK.
