Climate conscious in everything we do.
Climate conscious in everything we do, when undertaking redevelopments of existing buildings, Ark Estates works with trusted contractors to retrofit low carbon heating systems, improved insulation, efficient glazing and EV charging points. Where demolition of an existing building is required, as little as 5% of of the building may end up in landfill, with tiles, radiators, sanitary ware, electrical fittings, windows, plasterboard, copper, wood, steelwork, concrete blocks, bricks and other materials reused or recycled where possible. From design and construction, through to net zero planning, we work with a trusted team of like-minded suppliers and contractors to plan, design, develop and build commercial and residential buildings which often far exceed current environmental regulations and standards for embodied and operational carbon.
