Marine House

A development we are extremely proud of - and which means a lot to the local Black Isle community - ARK Estates transformed this dilapidated former care home on the Rosemarkie shore into 11 highly sought-after apartments.

Holding great sentimental value to the local community from its history as a beachfront hotel, this wonderful Victorian stone building was transformed into eleven luxury apartments, bringing the beautiful old building up to modern standards with as many original features as as possible retained. Now complete, Marine House is restored, refurbished, future-proofed and ready to face the next 100 years.
