The Victorian building of Marine House was important in local history as a hotel at the centre of the Black Isle community. It then became a nursing home before lying empty for two years, prior to ARK Estates purchasing the building. It has now been transformed into eleven luxury apartments, each with unique features.

There are lots of lovely details such as hidden storage spaces in window seats as well as retained features in the stairway and hallway ceiling. Most of the apartments have views to the sea and the beautiful Rosemarkie beach and Chanonry Point.
