We lease commercial and industrial properties ranging from city centre shops to office accommodation and warehousing in Inverness and the Highlands as well as Edinburgh.
Most of our large industrial units are in the Inverness area and are currently let on medium to long term leases to a variety of local, national and international clients such as Scania, Portakabin and Caledonian Logistics. We offer smaller commercial property for lease too such as our modern offices in Longman Drive to ANM Electrical, Highland Copiers and cdmm UK. Generally, these are on medium to long term leases which gives both parties security with some flexibility.
