The award, for Inside Housing Best Residential Development (Under 70) Homes Award 2018, has been a great achievement for ARK Estates together with Trail Architects, Highland Housing Alliance, Highland Council, ARK Estates and William Gray Construction. It recognised the difficulties inherent in the site and the technical challenges of the build together with the great design.
