ARK Estates has agreed a lease with international renewable energy company, Enercon, for its prime industrial site in Inverness’s Longman area. The renewables giant which already leases ARK Estate’s Beaufort House at Inverness Airport Business Park (IABP) will use the premises at 27 Longman Drive, adjacent to New Century House and the Kessock Bridge, for additional storage and lay down area.
Enercon moved into its new purpose-built flagship 10,000 sq ft distribution and training centre at IABP in February 2020. Combining 4,080 sq ft of office space and 6,320 sq ft of warehouse space over two floors, the building is located just six miles east of Inverness city centre, with easy access to the A9 and A96.
