Inverness has a huge shortage of affordable accommodation and one of ARK’s specialties is creating city centre accommodation in difficult sites. Another of these transformations has now been completed in Academy Street in Inverness. These lovely new one-bedroomed flats replace an old office building. ARK Estates bought and developed the site, liaising with Highland Council, Colin Armstrong Associates and William Gray Construction to provide more city-centre homes.
