The RICS Awards recognise excellence in the built environment and showcase the successes of RICS professionals and their impact on local communities. Raining Stair's is a finalist in their Regeneration and Housing categories. The Inverness Courier described the nomination as
"A housing project that has revitalised a neglected area of Inverness is rubbing shoulders with Dundee’s V & A Museum and the Queensferry Crossing over the Forth.
The development is also listed in the "Best Use of Timber" category at the Offsite Awards 2019.
