Inverness has a huge shortage of affordable accommodation and one of ARK’s specialties is creating city centre accommodation in difficult sites. Another of these transformations is currently taking place at a development in Academy Street in Inverness.
Four one-bedroomed flats will be created in place of old office accommodation at 103 Academy Street in a design and build contract for Highland Council. Once again ARK Estates bought the site and are working with Colin Armstrong Associates and William Gray Construction to complete the project in November 2018.
